We want your NORQ bag to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

International orders — 7 to 12 business days depending on your location

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs processing outside of our control.

Tracked Shipping

Every NORQ order is sent with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery the entire way.

Taxes and Import Duties

Prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Any applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order.
