Returns Policy

We stand behind every NORQ bag we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Bags that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

How to Return

To start a return simply email us at hello@norqleather.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at hello@norqleather.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this for you at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bag for a different colour or style please contact us at hello@norqleather.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
