What leather do you use?

All NORQ bags are made from full grain leather, the highest grade of leather available. Full grain retains the natural surface of the hide making it stronger, more durable, and more beautiful over time than any other grade. It develops a unique patina with use that makes each bag entirely its own.

What is the difference between full grain and genuine leather?

Genuine leather is a broad term that covers low grade leather that has been sanded, buffed, and coated to hide imperfections. Full grain leather keeps the natural surface intact, which means it is significantly stronger, ages beautifully, and lasts far longer. There is no comparison between the two in terms of quality or longevity.

Will the leather improve over time?

Yes. Full grain leather develops a patina as it ages, meaning the colour deepens and the surface becomes richer with every use. Many of our customers tell us their bag looks better after two years than the day it arrived.

How do I care for my NORQ bag?

Keep your bag away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Every few months apply a small amount of leather conditioner using a soft cloth to keep the leather supple and protected. If your bag gets wet allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat. Never use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based products on the leather.

What sizes are the bags?

The NORQ Duffle measures 50cm x 32cm x 27cm and includes a dedicated shoe compartment. The NORQ Briefcase fits laptops up to 15 inches and includes twin front pockets and a padded interior compartment. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We deliver to most countries worldwide. All orders are sent with full tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International orders typically take between 7 and 21 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Can I return my bag if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details or email us at hello@norqleather.com to start a return.

My bag arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please email us at hello@norqleather.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
